CVWDEA Negotiating Team & Attorney Brian Niehaus will meet with CVWD Management  for Contract Negotiations.

Negotiating Team Members Only will be compensated for time off.

The negotiating sessions are open to all employees within the bargaining unit.  They may attend on their own time (after or before shifts, or by turning in a leave slip and getting it approved by their supervisor) as long as management and the team have been advised.

The CVWDEA Board requests that all members attend the CVWD Board meeting at 6:00pm at the Coachella office.

If you were a member of SEIU and you have not filled out the Agency Shop Form, you will automatically be enrolled as a fee-payer.  

You will continue to contribute $12.00 per pay period, but you will be unable to vote.

Board Members Only

The $24 per month fees are retroactive from January 31st, 2014.

In accordance with the agreement, Dues/Fees will be deducted from your February 27th paycheck in the amount of $24.00 and held in escrow at the District until all forms are returned.

If you do not return a form by March 7th, 2014, you will automatically enrolled as a fee-payer.

All subsequent payments will be $12.00
