The $24 per month fees are retroactive from January 31st, 2014.

In accordance with the agreement, Dues/Fees will be deducted from your February 27th paycheck in the amount of $24.00 and held in escrow at the District until all forms are returned.

If you do not return a form by March 7th, 2014, you will automatically enrolled as a fee-payer.

All subsequent payments will be $12.00
